The PBMTC 2019Fall Meeting will be held September 10th at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, Georgia prior to the Children's Oncology Group (COG) meeting.

This meeting is open to both PBMTC members and non-members. A symposium with continuing medical education (CME) credit will be offered (CME application in progress).

**PBMTC Full Member Institution Participants do not need to pay for registration for this meeting as it is covered in your institutional membership fee. Please contact Laura Hancock for instructions on how to register for this meeting from a full member institution.**

PBMTC Associate Member Institution Participants and Non-Members do require a minimal registration fee for this meeting. Please contact Laura Hancock for the link to register.

  • Registration fees for associate PBMTC members and non-members to attend this meeting are as follows: $100.00 for MDs and $50.00 for Non-MDs.
  • A late fee will be assessed for registering on site at the meeting. Late registration fees will be $125.00 for MDs and $65.00 for Non-MDs.

Domestic Arrivals: Follow Ground Transportation sign to West Exits W-1 or W-2 (between North & South Terminals). As soon as you exit, you will see your shuttles outside in the 1st aisle. Look for vans with ATL Airport Shuttle logo, standing between Shared Ride #6 -10.
International Arrivals: Take Main exit, turn right, walk to the last stop. Meet your shuttle at Green 4. If you don't see blue van, do not go anywhere; just wait at #4.

Course Fee: Includes workshop handouts, snacks, reception and Continuing Education Credits.

Target Audience: This course content is appropriate for nurses and healthcare providers who care for children and adolescents undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Additionally, this workshop provides continuing education credit for FACT certification requirements and may assist in preparation for BMT nursing certification (BMTCN).

Continuing Education Credit: It is estimated that 6.0 contact hours will be awarded. We urge you to be aware of the continuing education requirements of your own state board of nursing, especially for those states in which CE is mandatory.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  1. Full Refund: You must cancel your pre-paid registration 5 business days prior to the class to receive a full refund
  2. Partial Refund: For cancelations made less than 5 business days prior to the date of the course, a 50% refund will be given
  3. No Refund: If a registered participant does not show up for class
